It has been 2 years with CAPGRID, overall, a really good company to work at. The timings are flexible and the work-life balance is great. The team is friendly, and the environment is positive — not too much pressure. Management is supportive and open to feedback. Nothing major to complain about, it’s been a smooth experience so far. Would recommend if you’re looking for a good place with decent growth and a relaxed vibe.
