Leadership supports each consultant's career interests and keeps a close pulse on satisfaction with client work to ensure alignment. Able to help grow and scale a national office - feels very entrepreneurial. The work/life balance is ideal - there are ebbs and flows due to the nature of the work, but overall it's great. And if it's not, you can let leadership know and they will come up with a plan for scaling your work back.

The smaller, national offices are new so it has taken some time to standardize processes. Some consultants have to travel out of state to client site. Breaking into a new account at CapTech sometimes means being put in a staff aug type of role.
