As you know, we’ve recently expanded our college onboarding process by creating the Discovery Program, a year-long onboarding for our college hires to help prepare this top talent for their first client work. We think it’s incredibly important to closely mentor our new grad hires in their first year with us. Providing a safe space to learn, make mistakes, find solutions, ask questions, and grow those professional soft skills is vital to giving our early talent the best start in consulting.
