      Absolutely no benefits whatsoever. You’re paid minimum wage but are expected to work 60 hour weeks and even handle managerial tasks (again while being paid minimum wage). Depending on what van owner you work for, there’s a good chance you will never see any commission. You’re also expected to memorize and train yourself OFF THE CLOCK with no compensation. Also never saw a cent for mileage despite traveling up to an hour away.

Company appears to have a defined service niche. Interaction volume was minimal, reducing time investment.

      Interview scheduling link was sent before completing candidate screening. Reversal occurred the day before the scheduled interview. Workflow sequencing created unnecessary disruption for the applicant. Communication lacked clarity regarding interview cancellation. Candidate experience felt inconsistent and poorly coordinated.
