My role as a Marketing and Studio Assistant offers a great balance of creative, strategic and organised tasks, with plenty of variety day to day. There’s a strong focus on learning and development, with clear transparency around progression and opportunities. Being employee-owned adds a real sense of shared purpose, and the work itself feels meaningful and exciting.
