1. The worst management. This is a family led company not a professional company. 2. Do not buy the positive reviews, they are written under HR supervision. 3. Management is incompetent. They expect you to do everything, learn everything. The only work management does is to schedule meetings. 4. No growth at all for tech employees. Do not expect any career growth here. 5. Politics everywhere and caste based discrimination from HR and upper management. 6. They lie to their clients. Over-promise and under-deliver. 7. No work-life balance. No bonus. No incentives to work. 8. No casual/sick leaves. Just one paid leave a month and you work on Saturdays.
