The corporate side of CarePoint Health helps to glue everything together. I honestly feel like I own a piece of the group and find satisfaction in knowing that P.E. money (*debt!) and other outside interests are kept out of the strategic pathway.

But to keep up in the healthcare industry and for independent businesses to maintain relationships with hospital organizations, growth is a requirement. WRT compensation, this is something that is universally a challenge. It is regional and difficult to change
