We genuinely appreciate your long-standing commitment and are especially grateful for the dedication of the team in Windsor, including the Kodak legacy employees you mentioned—we agree that their expertise and integrity have been a true asset to the organization.
We recognize the concerns you’ve raised about employee workload, management focus, and the challenges that arose during and after the closure of the Windsor facility. Transitions of that scale are incredibly difficult, and while decisions were made to align with business needs, we understand and regret the impact they had on our people.
At Carestream, we are actively working to improve internal communication, employee recognition, and workload balance across the organization. While we haven’t always gotten it right, especially in times of major change, we are committed to learning from our past and taking steps to do better moving forward.
