The team was passionate and helpful. It was always a team project and responsibility fell on the whole team to make sure jobs were done well and on time. Fun and casual work environment.
Minpunten
It was hard to have a good work/life balance. You never knew when you'd have to work long hours or how many days you would have to work overtime, so making plans outside of office hours was always hard and there were many times I'd need to cancel events in order to work. Overall, not a very inclusive environment. Mainly white men in leadership positions and sometimes that would reflect on feedback on the work. The fun and casual environment could turn into a bro culture environment at times.
