In my opinion, this place presents significant challenges to work in, not due to the complexity of tasks, but rather due to the lack of organization. The company's internal processes seem not to be well-structured, and there is no real cohesion among teams. Objectives appear to vary considerably among them. Additionally, over several weeks, there were multiple departures of personnel, seemingly resignations, and some of them not necessarily voluntary.
