The schedule is relatively flexible and can be managed by yourself as long as you give classes and run tutorials on time with decent quality. The workload varies depending on how well you want to run the course. Most CIs are given with the shared course materials, but I prepared my own as I wanted to give the students a good learning experience, which took me more time. You have the freedom in terms of arranging and adjusting the course contents.
