I have been with CRG for a couple of years now. I joined as a junior and have grown to a senior role. Although my growth was relatively slow, I felt supported and encouraged at all times. The firm and my leaders allowed me to grow at my own pace while relentlessly providing constructive feedback and helping to implement their feedback. Within these few years, I had the opportunity to master various technical skills that are transferrable across industries and domains. Moreover, I have learned more about the art of emotional intelligence while working here. Senior Leaders at CRG are great role models for those who want to advance their communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - the soft skills that so many professionals lack. Apart from the professional development opportunities, I want to highlight CRG's amazing culture. This is a very unique environment where hierarchies work in a "student-mentor" model, where people of various backgrounds come together to learn from each other and have fun together!

Minpunten

I believe there is an opportunity for the firm to improve the benefits, specifically, the health insurance benefits. Currently, we have the most basic health insurance plan that cannot cover the majority of my needs.

Culture: management heavily invested in developing talent in terms of both core analytical skills, and leadership capabilities. Team is collaborative, supportive, and enjoys spending time together. Client exposure / exit opps: boutique environment creates great opportunities for client exposure. Many team members left to roles related to past engagements after working closely with executives in strategy, process improvement, and innovation related groups Training: strong investments in creating well-rounded professionals with the analytical capabilities required for leadership roles

At the time that I joined the firm, it was a young company with immature processes and policies. Expect that this has improved over time.
