Pluspunten
I enjoy the people I work with and the fans that come through. Each one is positive that their team is going to win but I politely tell the opposing fans that the Panthers are going to win and we all have a laugh. I try to make sure its a great game day experience for all.
Minpunten
I don't particularly care for all the cold weather but that comes with the territory. I wish it was everyday instead of one day(per game week) . having to tell smokers that they can't smoke anywhere in the facility and they go to the restrooms and family bathrooms to smoke. And I feel we should be able to interact with the players because we're out there promoting them and all. Not everybody wants to "fraternize" with them. But I have been with this company for 6 seasons and I love it.
