pay..poor leadership from the very top...very minimal training for any position..wrong people in the wrong positions..favoritism is obvious...Militant minded to try and increase production but does the exact opposite..when hourlys are being pushed especially millennials they tend to work out of spite and in their mind could go get another job just as or better from a financial standpoint. PEOPLE FIRST PHILOSOPHY times are changing You can work here for 15 years and wont have anything to show for it..Temps come in making 13$ an hour while some others who have been there 20+ years are only making 13.75$? NO LONGEVITY INCENTIVE TO STAY WITH COMPANY besides decent insurance..fortune 500? yeah right maybe for the big suits; who by the way are all 60+
