Carrier is owned by United Technologies which offers its employees opportunities to advance their careers with other UTC owned companies like, Hamilton Sundstrand, Otis, Pratt and Whitney, Sikorsky. UTC also has an excellent quality and continuos improvement operating system known as ACE. The ACE operating system allows employees to master skills in lean principles and quality improvement methodoligies that may be applied in other industries.

Minpunten

Local leadership is out of touch with employees. The local salaries have much to be desired for.

The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
