Global company with large plans for the future, many different product portfolios and with that, diverse day to day business. Competitive salary International environment with wide range of cultures in the team.

Minpunten

Perpetuated high workload with too small a team without the budget to expand the team or improve the systems we work with in a meaningful way to cater to customer service needs. Having a focus on sales comes at a downside to service.

The people, the salary, Christmas vacation

Benefits are terrible, toxic leadership is prolific, chances for advancement are limited, micromanagement is normal, evolution and change are nonexistent, commitment to diversity and inclusion are superficial at best, the CEO draw a compensation of tens of millions of dollars per year while laying people off, the CHRO is one of the most toxic people leaders I have ever come across.
