Very nice gym Bodega that sells snacks and drinks Those who are actually doing all of the work are great people and hard workers

Leadership feels like a performance, no real action CEO acts like a cult leader, and the rest of the leadership are drinking the Kool Aid. Also very out-of-touch and has a history of scheduling all staff meetings only to say pointless or even downright offensive things (ex: telling his staff that we don’t exercise enough) A mess of miscommunication between departments Unrealistic expectations from out-of-touch leadership New promotion/pay structure is confusing and silly

Solid business model and strong growth in recent years.

Minpunten

Toxic culture with tons of personal politics. Leadership’s behavior is straight out of Mean Girls and people are let go for little to no reason. Everyone is walking on eggshells as a result because it’s a moving target and you never know who’s next. Also, pay is very low compared to others.
