Experience here depends on the kind of client you get. If you get a good client, you get to work on interesting stuff. Some of the clients have very basic CRM activities, hence not a lot to learn. Company is trying to move towards more AI and digital analytics. So there is a chance that you might end up working on some exciting problems. But CRM remains the bread and butter!

No work life balance or should I say no life at all for teams handling some select clients. People work till 4 in the morning. Its high time, upper management should take appropriate steps. This doesn't happen in most teams though
