      Honestly nothing good about this company.

      Minpunten

      Too much bureaucracies that preventing people from doing their jobs. Too much beating around the bush and office politics that make problems to be more complicated. Keeping changing contracts and target, so you are not able to get sales commission. The products are problematics and lagging behind prominent competitors. The management is subjective and if they don’t like you, they will fire you with make-up excuses. They are always late in paying monthly salary. They never adapt to Indonesia market conditions and needs, and keep delusional that it’s most advanced product in the world but the fact it’s the most expensive and un-innovative fleet management system in Indonesia.

      Pluspunten

      Great office location. Great and respectful teammates. It is gratifying to get praised for the work performed. This is my first time working for a small size company and to be honest I enjoy it A LOT!! “Bringing great people onto your team is about demonstrating that size really doesn't matter – people do.”

      Minpunten

      One downside of working for a start-up company is not having the proper tools to perform efficiently.

      Pluspunten

      The team was enjoyable for the most part Most days you went home on time, with the exception of counting inventory. When this would happen everyone would be there and it was very rare. I think I only had to work overtime twice when this happened.

      Minpunten

      I wasn't a fan of the company culture. The drivers who would call for assistance were not particularly nice. Dealing with the verbal abuse took a toll on not only mine, but other customer service representative's mental health.
