where to start!? they dont appreciate their staff at all. A LOT of favoritism and excuses made for poor mamagement. Employees dont last long here because leadership has a problem with them personally, and are not clear with their goals for their programs. you never know when u will get fired because they "lead" by false pretenses. Peoples jobs arent secure here and sadly tremble at the upper mamagements unprofessional hand. The only way you are safe here is if upper management likes you or you are related to them. This non profit organization creates a "pick me" environmemt and seems to thrive with this in place. the fact is that you are doing something positive for community members. this intrinsic reward is a personal motivator to keep going and is grossly taken advantage of. Rather than providing acknowledgent for idividuals or teams they give you pizza parties instead of external incentives or bonuses.
