Cascade is a breath of fresh air compared to other organisations I've worked with over the years. No business is perfect, but if you tick a few key boxes it may as well be perfect. Cascade tick those boxes for me. ☑️ Growth opportunity (both company and staff) ☑️ You are given clear problems, not solutions ☑️ Culture of focus on outcome, not output ☑️ Inclusivity ☑️ Incredible talent ☑️ Worklife balance ☑️ Amazing culture ☑️ High-performance culture, while still being relaxed (honestly not even sure how that's possible, but hey, that's what we have at Cascade)

Minpunten

No business is perfect. I want more great people to join but I'll be totally honest about the key issues at Cascade right now because I know I would want to know. It also makes it easy to say because we are very aware of them and they are actively being solved. - The product hasn't caught up to the vision yet. This won't be a problem when this post is 12 months old. - The company lacks structure having grown so quickly. The right people are put in place to start building that structure and it's getting better every week. - Some people have too much on their plate (is being addressed)

Pluspunten

2023 was quite the year for Customer Success at Cascade. There were lots of changes and several new faces joined the team at both a leadership and IC level. The product is reasonably complex, which makes Customer Success'ing perhaps a little more challenging than a rull-of-the-mill SaaS company. However I think the company ackowledges this and has done a great job of laying the right foundations in terms of people and process for a successful 2024.

Minpunten

As mentioned, the product is exciting but can be quite complex and is best suited to larger organizations that have a strong change management culture already in place. That isn't necessarily the case with every customer, and that can make the job of Customer Success at Cascade a challenge at times.
