Pluspunten

- Flexible work hours but that also depends on the manager or team you work under, whether they are the outspoken type or would rather play you behind your back - Diverse set of people you get to work with

Minpunten

- Leadership at all levels lack the discipline to tell you the Truth and they do not play fair. - They are okay with using your time if you are okay compromising your personal time, health; you may not genuinely feel cared for as an employee. - A hire and fire culture, and the reason post firing is never shared with honesty with the rest of the team or Org. Fired employees are often shown in bad light. - They use their lack of proper rights, terms or conditions for all employees to their advantage. The ambiguity on their part around many things that may directly relate with their employees seems deliberate. - Overall feels too political for an entity that claims to be non political, unsupportive of B.S. - You don't feel sure if you are truly supported or it's just a show. - Give the opportunities here a shot if you are comfortable with the many ambiguities, subtle indirect assaults that you could never well articulate.

Pluspunten

2023 was quite the year for Customer Success at Cascade. There were lots of changes and several new faces joined the team at both a leadership and IC level. The product is reasonably complex, which makes Customer Success'ing perhaps a little more challenging than a rull-of-the-mill SaaS company. However I think the company ackowledges this and has done a great job of laying the right foundations in terms of people and process for a successful 2024.

Minpunten

As mentioned, the product is exciting but can be quite complex and is best suited to larger organizations that have a strong change management culture already in place. That isn't necessarily the case with every customer, and that can make the job of Customer Success at Cascade a challenge at times.
