Prospects like the product. However often seen as a nice to have have rather than a need to have.

Minpunten

New management came in with no communication skills and highly disorganised. Talked a big game when offering to help but nothing ever resulted from their empty promises. Never worked in a company with such a toxic atmosphere.

2023 was quite the year for Customer Success at Cascade. There were lots of changes and several new faces joined the team at both a leadership and IC level. The product is reasonably complex, which makes Customer Success'ing perhaps a little more challenging than a rull-of-the-mill SaaS company. However I think the company ackowledges this and has done a great job of laying the right foundations in terms of people and process for a successful 2024.

Minpunten

As mentioned, the product is exciting but can be quite complex and is best suited to larger organizations that have a strong change management culture already in place. That isn't necessarily the case with every customer, and that can make the job of Customer Success at Cascade a challenge at times.

Lack of training and low pay. A lot of miscommunication
