1. When they conduct a re-org they cut people loose who they told two days ago they were too valuable to the company. Then they have a meeting with you as you are getting ready to go on a planned vacation so you can ensure the stuff you own is covered while you are away. As soon as that meeting is over HR calls you and tells you have been let go. You try to call one of the owners of the company who you thought was stand up guy, he answers the phone and when he realizes it is is you he just keeps saying "Hello…..hello…..hello" and then click. When you call back there is no answer.
2. They also like to file lawsuits against former employees. I was not one of them but I know of two and in both cases it was total BS.
3. They have a client I interviewed with after leaving Cascadeo. During the interview I was asked my thoughts specific to Cascadeo. Not too bright because I knew I was being set up by Cascadeo because the company told them I was interviewing with them and Cascadeo wanted to see if I was going to bad mouth them which I did not. How is that for their ethics and also glad I did not continue to try and work for the other company either.
