No sick leave at all. if you got sick - it is entirely up to your relationship with the manager to be able to stay home. Officially, company allows you to stay home unpaid. 2 weeks vacation for the first 7 years - hardly an enticing offer. Company is very averse to spending any kind of money on infrastructure. If exposure to modern technologies is important to you - stay away. Parking is a problem and the outside premises are poorly maintained, so you'd better keep a pair of wellies around in bad weather - you may need them on your journey from the car to the building. High employee turnover, frequent firings. And you are a delicate flower who can't take a conversational F-bomb - this place is not for you.
