Good hours. Every other weekend off. Home by 6 - it's a good balance and upper management is great.

6 hours of marketing a week. Which is fine except most stores are in rural towns so you put a lot of mileage on. When marketing, they tell you to target food banks, unemployment areas ect. Feels like I'm targeting the financially ignorant or desperate people.
