Okay, so there are a lot of pros if you want to work in this company * Please do not consider this company as a Product Based. * Tech is decent but at the cost of the soul of every developer. * You will definitely find some managers who will try to act like your best friends and put all the blame on you if anything goes wrong. Remember, you are always their plan B. * Some managers are likely watching saas-bahu shows instead of learning how to implement proper architecture and coding techniques. because if they are always interested in what's going on in your life. * Extremely talented individuals who are very good at doing nothing. Why? Because they live in a fantasy world. * Some managers are extreme egoists in this company and they think of themselves as the best tech people in the world, one piece of advice try giving an interview at a decent company, your inception would break immediately. * Job security is amazing, I mean you won't even have to serve notice period. Why? Because they can lay off anytime the upper management is out of answers to give to the CXOs. It's Easy. This Company has an amazing plan in order to become a UNICORN. But first, they need to become profitable, right? So, they decided to bring a revolutionary change which is In order to reduce the cash burn, and increase the NET REVENUE. Let's not work on improving the logistics and customer experience, let's not work on improving the product, making it user friendly let's not work on tech which itself doesn't work most of the time :D. Why not, start doing LAYOFFs? Because that is a sure-shot way to reduce the numbers and present the report on a silver platter to all the investors. Amazing right? The list goes on :D * The top management which consists of a few chosen people from heaven itself are working in this company for more than 6-8 years now And the company thinks those people can save it while in reality, they are the sole reason why it is making losses for years. Those unqualified VPs & EMs are the sole reason for this company's failure. There are a lot of perks * Never-ending work, which is not making any impact anywhere why? they just want the devs to be occupied with something. * Seniors & managers who will not help and put the blame on you. * Working on menial tasks, with no self-growth * A manager who will write all the important things in a notebook like When did you reach the office, when did you take the lunch, breaks what do you eat, while eating they often mention disgusting things and you wouldn't have any choice but to laugh at their stupid joke. * How you contribute as a developer comes second. But what's most important is how the dairy of truth. Flexibility is another joke in this company. A meteorite would be more flexible than the managers in this company. If you ask for WFH, it is the same as asking for their property. Do yourself a favor, look for a better company pal.

I won't mention any cons of this company. Because If I start writing all of them It'll take at least several days. But, the key pointers are Their tech doesn't work most of the time so, nothing to learn Uneducated Engineering managers/ Directors & VPs who have nothing but long experiences to justify the designation. Job security is a joke in this company. If don't like you, doesn't matter how hard are you working or how much have you promised them. They will simply terminate you whenever they want. Nobody wants to stay in this company for long. If you are looking to join a properly functioning company that can offer you growth then this is not it. You need to know, if for whatever reason you decide to join this company you would be expected to work under unsupervised managers who have zero people skills. HR Department is useless, the only thing they are good at is misleading candidates into joining this company. Work-Life balance is a joke, can't even laugh at that. A lot of people have been laid. Some were definitely skilled as well and they have laid all the people who have recently joined, who never got the chance to show their skills.
