The mission really does seem critical to senior leadership and while every company has it's growing pains, the culture has remained strong and offers opportunities to challenge yourself personally and professionally. A lot of good transparency and staff continues to get more and more specialized.
Great perks, promotions happen often and a lot of cool employee culture programs and events.

Most recently Casper moved to a 401k plan that is highly restrictive. It doesn’t allow selecting individual funds to build portfolio, and the funds selected have extremely high cost ratio. Looks like an extreme and desperate measure to save on admin overhead.
Also, every year Casper discounts gets deeper and more frequently. The ads are boring and monotonous. Look at Casper a few years back and what it looks like now.
