Pluspunten
Working at Catapult Learning in the marketing department is a hands-on experience. You are able to work closely and collaborate with vendors, great outside companies, and the entire marketing team. The marketing team is top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Folks on the team come from all different types of backgrounds which makes the marketing team that much stronger. We have people with experiences in social media, analytics, branding, campaigning, fundraising, business, and much more. Throughout my time at Catapult Learning, I learned more than I could in a classroom. Being hands-on with projects is a whole different type of experience.
Minpunten
At HQ, Catapult Learning is located on 2 different floors of the building. HR, accounting, and some other departments are on the lobby floor while marketing, proposals, and IT are all on the 3rd floor. While we aren't always working with the teams downstairs, it would be nice to all be on the same floor as a company.
