The work is dirty and tedious, health and safety is non existent, duty of care to staff is next to none, most pre exsisting staff are two faced and snidey, You don't get breaks and made to feel bad if you dare try and take one, your expected to work ATLEAST 1 hour per shift without pay, training is short and sweet with lots missing, that said if you can act like a brainwashed robot and fit inside their box you will be fine. The volunteers are absolutely amazing and get you through the day
