A lot of the staff is lazy and underqualified. The company protects those staff members over the ones doing their job properly. So when the lazy staff makes a complaint (say over you making sure no one is letting contraband in the unit) management will push you out and treat you horribly until you quit. When I went to HR and was told our conversation was confidential, they went to management the next day and then that management gave me 4 write ups. It's horrible.
