I took a couple of years off after my second child was born. When I was ready to return to work, I was hoping to find part-time work, but this is not easy to find in the software industry. However, having worked with John Andrews, the CEO, for many years at a prior job, he was very supportive of my desire to work part time and to figure out the right work-life balance for me. Since joining about 8 months ago, I couldn't be happier with my decision. The entire team is very supportive, not only of my schedule, but of everyone having the proper work-life balance for them. I look forward to coming into work everyday, and that is because the people here are smart, fun, and enjoyable to be around. The technology is unlike any other, and the market is ready for us. I'm excited about the future of the company and the role I can play here.

Like most startups, we are going to experience some growing pains. We will need to hire more people to support our Sales. And, we are quickly going to need a bigger office space.
