Good benefits, stock, bonuses, etc... The people that work there are generally friendly and the environment is laid back. Most of the management knows what they are doing when it comes to leadership. The manufacturing management is awesome!

HR is horrible! HR is always on the side of management no matter what the situation. HR goes against policy when it comes to employee rights. They need a new HR person. Ask for something in writing and she will tell you to find it yourself. A few of the managers at the Phoenix site are not natural leaders. I wonder how they even got to that position. They treat you like you are a child and expect you to be perfect. In addition, their boss is ineffective. Be careful about what department you go into or transfer to. It could mean the end of your job.
