The CCT division has toxic Managers that gossip, set people against each other, sabotage work efforts, and lie. HR believes the Managers and never supports or asks the employees what is happening. The signs are there but it is constantly ignored. Too many well qualified, superior performers were pushed out the door because of the bad Managers.
