A lot of down time inbetween customers

Minpunten

Stuff gets randomly charged back for no reason due to system errors. Also, a lot of shady chargeback policies in general. You can have one amazing month where you make 10k and then the following months you will get big chargebacks for the next 6 months, which directly affect your commission.

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Minpunten

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
