Freedom! In a nutshell that is one of the greatest things about this job. I never realized they made jobs like this. Where else can you work 30 hours a week and still make a great living? Outstanding work/life balance. At any time you have the ability to swap/trade shifts with your fellow reps. If you have a once in a lifetime concert to attend on friday but you have a shift, no problem you can trade one of your coworkers shifts to get the day off. Which brings me back to freedom, at Cellular Sales you have the freedom to work as much or as little as you want. This is considering you hit the minimum requirements, that are reasonable and very achievable. This is a high energy sales environment with a laid back posture. You control how much you make. This job can be very rewarding if you put forth the effort you will most definitely be rewarded. There are also some great bonus opportunities. Great support from higher level management with any thing that is needed. You can honestly tell that each Reps check matters to them. The other most important thing is the people. Some of the greatest teammates/coworkers that I've ever had. Your fellow Reps truly become an extended family. They will offer support and encouragement as needed and love seeing each other succeed.

The difficult parts of this job can actually the same as the benefits of the job. If you have a personality type that isn’t self starting and unmotivated to do things on your own you may have difficulty. It is so easy to change your schedule or be off work that you need to motivate yourself to do the work and be successful. You aren’t micro-managed here so you don’t always have that supervisor or manager there with you to make sure you are doing your job. It is up to you to propel yourself forward. Another difficult part of this job is, like all retail oriented jobs, is working with the public. You sometimes have folks that have phone issues or have some problem with their bill that are upset. Thats when you just have to put that smile on and kill them with kindness. Now on the other end of the spectrum you sometimes have customers with issues that was caused through no fault of their own. The hardest part about these situations is that sometimes there is no easy fix. You don't have just a single person that you can call with that easy button to fix those issues. You may get routed and rerouted a few times before getting to talk to that one person who can fix the problem. Although those two "cons" are not directly Cellular Sales issues they are situations that you will run into.
