I do not see them as cons I see chances for change and improvement. If you are not motivated and are not able to manage yourself you may not find this to be a fulfilling career

Great coworkers (other retail sales associates) who will help you succeed and make deals and answer any questions you may have,

Minpunten

Given an ultimatum and threat of firing after 15 days of work for not outperforming the entire store. Completely unrealistic targets with added bullying. Long term coworkers agree & overheard manager totally bullied and singled me out for no reason.
