It’s a regular call center with mess ELIQUIS IS PROBABLY THE WORST TEAM TO WORK FOR IN LASH. I was hired through TalentBridge (which is probably the most unprofessional, and unorganized temp agency to work under). I was hired with them to work for Lash Group even that process was a mess. I was never given a tour of the building, never clearly understood any regulations, parking passes etc. wasn’t given a clear set schedule until weeks later. Wasn’t properly trained. They rush you to get on the phones, after 8 days of “sitting in” and watching a coworker operate the most complicated system on the planet! And after 3/4 days I was forced to “drive”/operate the system AND talk to customers. Shortly after I was thrown into a cubicle and never heard a thing from my managers again unless there was in issue with my quality. Which there was no proper training for. All management do is gossip, along with coworkers. (The Eliquis team at least from what I saw) they pressure you to do everything perfectly, and nag oh what you don’t do. I did overtime for a week straight but never got one simple thank you. Yet complain about me calling out because I was sick. They don’t take doctors notes. And after a few months. They will look for anything it fire you. Contract, temp, or permanent. It’s a joke of a company to work for. And they should treat their employees with more respect, and show more empathy. They do not take doctors notes, they give you a point for not being there period. After 3 points you’re out. If your not making quality you’re out. If you breathe wrong you’re out!! Do not waste your time. No one here is happy. All people talk about is “trying” to move up and changing jobs. Negative workspace, and really a complete joke. They lie and trick you with many things to get your hopes up but I should have listened. If you take the job have a back up.
