Where do I start? Huge amounts of favoritism and gossip, big time bullying and making nurses feel incompetent and afraid of managements harassment every day. Leaders know about the treatment yet smile and do nothing. Please do not work here if you are a friendly and amazing healthcare professional. If they like you you get big awards...if they change their mind they will purposely lie on reviews about performance and try to fire employees. A lot of the nurses also feel free to intimidate and bully fellow nurses. And then they fired seasoned icu nurses and overloaded mchenry that was already short staffed. Oh and bonuses? Nope!
