Management is cruel, and could careless of their employees. If you have any health related issues this is not the company for you. They have no empathy for the sick, even though they are a hospital, if you get sick say good bye to your job. There is a lot of bullying and cattiness. It's a terrible work environment. By far my worst experience at any job.
