Pluspunten
I worked for Centegra for almost 10 years. In the beginning, it was great. They gave fair raises, had pretty decent benefits and I was a satisfied employee. It was really a dream job for the first couple of years.
Minpunten
As time has gone on, upper management has slowly eroded what made it a smooth running, friendly place to work. The bottom line, profit, has become the one and only purpose of Centegra, not patient care. They have sacrificed patient care and the morale of their employees, all so the executives can pay themselves exorbitant bonuses. They dissolved the entire medical records department and sold us, in toto, to a low paying, service rather than doing the right thing by paying us severance and unemployment.
