I worked at the health club facility of Centegra and the members are wonderful! They made it worth working there each day. A lot of the staff there were also friendly, helpful, and made working there fun! I miss being there and all the people! Also, a very generous PTO accrual each pay check!

Management. If you love being at work and not having a family or social life, then this is a place for you. Family doesn't matter to Centegra - work is the only thing that matters! You have all this PTO and you can't even use it! So at the end of the year, it's added to your paycheck because you'll lose it if it's not used. The benefits stunk, too! Expensive and not worth it! You are actually better off going on your own! Also, if you want to make it there, you need to do a lot of brown-nosing to your manager! If not, you are over-looked for job opportunities . . . regardless of whether you are better qualified or have more seniority. In the end, you put all this time and effort into your job, it's still not good enough! It's all about stroking egos!
