Pluspunten
The level of IT experience you get here is really good. Their change control processes are a joke so you can pretty much do whatever you want. If you have limited experience they will probably hire you if you are willing to work for a below average wage. Also the revolving door has been turning quickly lately so there should be plenty of chances to land a job here.
Minpunten
Company only cares about the bottom line and not the quality of its product. Salaries are not competitive. Wages for all employees have been frozen for almost 4 years, in fact we took a 6% pay cut 4 years ago and only 3% has been restored to date. Several employees worked extremely hard for their promotions - we got the promotion but same level of pay as their old positions. Morale is extremely low and our leadership team has nothing to say to us. Everyone on my team including managers are looking for other work outside Centerbeam.
