Family atmosphere. I love having the ability to work remotely. I love the people that I work with. The company does an amazing job rewarding employees and making them feel valued. I have worked at some crappy places and there are always going to be nay sayers that have something negative to say. But CenterEdge has be the best place that I have worked so far and I don't intend on leaving anytime soon. As soon as I am allowed to continue to grow and learn, I would be perfectly happy with retiring at CE. The Engagement team is amazing! They have a team that works to bring fun and excitement to the company and encourages team building. I love it!

Minpunten

The healthcare plan isn't ideal but it's better than what I had before so I am not complaining. During this COVID-19 stuff, I am unable to see my co-workers. I miss the office and friendly faces, but grateful to have the opportunity to work from home.

We really strive to make everyone feel included and valued, and glad to see that you've appreciated that (and we hope you do decide to stay with the team until you retire one day)! It can be very difficult to balance medical insurance coverage needs with affordability and we work hard to do so, but it's not always a perfect fit for everyone. This year, for example, we made efforts to significantly increase the company contribution to family coverage, but that change might not have impacted you in your situation. If you have specific concerns, please feel free to reach out directly. COVID-19 has definitely been difficult for all of us and we can't wait to see you again, either, once it is safe to do so!

I left CenterEdge because of the pandemic troubles it suffered (or else I might still be there!) and I wrote a very detailed review while I was still employed with them. I wanted to add the note that I am still on the cutting edge of processes to improve testing, DevOps, and software delivery because of the tremendous education I received (in my not-so-young career) at CenterEdge. I attribute this primarily to the System Architect, and the freedom he has been afforded to drive these kinds of initiatives.

Minpunten

Every company has its challenges, but the cons at CenterEdge are petty in comparison to the career-altering learnings to be had.

It’s a small company, everyone knows everyone. You can talk with the higher ups as people not just a number. The software is huge and fun to learn. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and they promote from within.

Minpunten

It’s a small company, everyone knows each other and all of the higher ups are best friends. This makes it hard to make an impact sometimes with data rather than feelings.
