Pluspunten

Staff are mission driven for the most part. Pay is okay and work from home is the best component of perks. Pockets of the org are okay but others are echo chambers.

Minpunten

Toxic culture. Management does not seem to be open to ideas unless they came up with them. Employees with greater pockets of knowledge are ignored. Management comes across as only caring about their own opinions even when wrong. I have witnessed management ignore employees that knew what they were talking about many many times only for the employee to be vindicated in the end but the work suffered. Constantly needing to allow the work to suffer because managers who want to always be right or be the smartest person in the room will block staff from contributing even when the staff has greater knowledge is exhausting.

Creating an environment where employees can contribute their expertise while also maintaining clear roles, expectations, and respectful dialogue is important to us. When that balance isn’t there, it can impact both the employee experience and the work itself. We actively address concerns through our internal processes, and we encourage employees to raise feedback through HR or other established channels so it can be reviewed and acted on appropriately.
