Poor bonus plan and I hope you don’t expect a raise as the company does not believe in them. Ignore the bonus number on your offer letter as they only pay out a percentage of it. Venture Capital is running the show, not Centroid mgmt, and they could care less about employees. I knew quickly that Centroid would not be a long term engagement. HR is condescending and your voice does not matter. Salaries are kept artificially low by hiring lower wage H1Bs.
