Pluspunten
Centurion Selection is younger and growing rapidly so there are plenty of opportunities to make a ton of money. It has an interactive training program that provides a good foundation for any new employee. The CEO also comes in every day and acknowledges as many people as he can! He still makes sales calls and truly cares about the success of his staff. Everyone is genuinely nice too, which is a breath of fresh air. Unlike most staffing agencies, there is structure and organization in place that sets all recruiters up for success. Is it an easy job? No, but no job worth having is easy, at least there is a set plan in place so that you’re never uncertain as to how you’re performing. I also appreciate how the company recognizes small wins and tries to boost morale however possible!
Minpunten
There are a few, minor cons. Such as having to stay late sometimes or commit to getting certain things done outside of core hours. There is also no 401k match. But like I said, those are minor cons because if you put in the work and apply yourself, you’ll be more successful than most recruiters in the industry.
