      Pay well for Industry, get along with most of co-workers. Easy work.

      Minpunten

      Boss likes to subtly insult the intelligence of the employees and clients. Claims to work off a perfected system of rules and regulations, but doesn't follow it themselves nor rarely enforces it unless directly involved. Cares more about their self image and reputation than client and employee needs. Treats employees like toys to play with rather than human beings. Company needs overhaul and refinement of direction gain and keep good employees.

      Pluspunten

      I have trained in many martial arts and am prior service military. I love this job because of great pay, healthcare and they even send a transport for us if our car breaks down. I feel we get great paid training on a weekly basis. We actually protect people and I have been able to stop an abduction of a resident and that was incredible.

      I have worked here for over a year and I don’t see anything negative.

      Pluspunten

      Great experience were i had gain a lot of my professionalism and skills working for the company to where it will help me in my future. I did not have security experience and i worked hard to get the top position to have a better life financially.

      Minpunten

      As salary manager had to work more hours then my body could handle. Understand managers had to fill in when people call off. But I worked too much and missed out on a lot. Hourly employees had more of a work life balance then salary management.
