when cenveo took over our company [maverick label], they fired nearly all of IT in a surprise secret meeting. they changed our PTO without directly telling us, instead expecting us to find it in the employee handbook. the healthcare options are very bad and they do not pay for them. no 401k matching. lots of corporate meetings about how well the company is doing without any trickle-down to the employees. management seems more over-worked than ever, placing more stress on the employees under them. i've been trying to set up a review/ raise meeting for two months now but keep being put off, and as Cenveo does not offer back pay, i'm literally losing money. i tried to get a review/raise meeting last year as well and went for seven months before giving up. three of my direct coworkers with over 15 years at our company each quit in the last year due to the environment Cenveo has fostered.
