Toxic work culture Unrealistic vision for projects Office politics Underpay with monetary bonds Hire interns get more (poor quality) work done No mentorship or guidance Project lifecycle is 6 months. project gets closed after 6 months without done criteria met. Waste of engineering efforts.

If you dont want to work, want to hava a chill life and fool managers, this is a great place to work.

- Management lacks vision. Expects developers will come with requirements and do something crazy. only focus is on extensive documentation with no actual development. PPTs should look colorful. Red should turn green. - Without clear requirements, developer starts their own project, spend 6 months on it, only to realise it doesn't matches CEOs expectation. Pivot, next project, same cycle repeats every 6 month. - Junior developers make fools of senior developers. Senior developers make fools of their managers. Managers make fools of the directors. And the chain goes on... - Eventually, it's the CEO who gets fooled. He is always under the impression that something groundbreaking is happening, While in reality, people are just spending his money. - HR is merely a puppet of Senior Management. Cant take a stand for the good of employees. - Senior Management just focuses on micro-management – how many hours one is clocking, Monitor everyones laptop usage. monitor how much time each individual is spending in cafeteria. whilst does not care at all if any actual work is happenng or not.
